MicroInvest scheme application deadline extended

Due to disruptions caused by COVID-19, Malta Enterprise is extending from 24th March 2020 to 30th April 2020 the primary deadline for self-employed persons to submit their MicroInvest application.

Applicants are still urged to submit their applications at the earliest possible so that the evaluation process can still function efficiently.

Malta Enterprise’s Micro Invest scheme aims at encouraging undertakings which include self-employed persons to invest in their business, innovate, expand, and implement compliance directives or to develop their operations. Support will be available in the form of tax credits representing a percentage of the eligible expenditure, including wages of newly recruited employees.
