The AI-powered digital services provider has become the first project to be regulated under the Maltese Virtual Financial Assets Act (VFAA). VAIOT’s digital platform allows its users to utilise a set of technologies called Intelligent Contracts to create legal agreements. Grant Thornton Malta supported with drafting and registration of white paper with MFSA, provided GRC support along the finance raising journey, as well as helped during the development of content for interrogation by large language model to generate sample contracts.
