Marineth is currently an Assistant Manager at Grant Thornton Malta in the Transaction Advisory service line. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has an extensive professional experience in both financial advisory and audit. Her expertise includes financial due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, business plan preparation, financial statements preparation, and audit.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton Malta in March 2022, Marineth worked as a Senior Analyst in Transaction Advisory at another Big 4 firm in the Philippines for over two years. In this role, she managed various European M&A financial due diligence assignments (both buy-side and sell-side), collaborating with engagement teams based in Germany and the Netherlands. Additionally, she held a Senior Auditor position at another Big 4 firm, participating in diverse engagements such as statutory financial statements audit across multiple industries, risk compliance audits, and other agreed-upon procedures.
Her industry experience includes real estate, port operations, consumer retail, manufacturing, hospitality and leisure, business services, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and non-profit organizations, among others.
