Who You Are

Our preferred candidate would:

  • Hold a University Degree in Law;
  • Possess a warrant to practice law in Malta;
  • Have experience in the corporate industry of 2 to 3 years;
  • Be proficient and fluent in both written and verbal English, with additional languages being considered an asset;
  • Be organised and able to perform demanding transactions;
  • Be willing to work effectively and develop within the firm;
  • Have a professional mindset and excellent communication skills.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks would include:

  • Having conversations, discussions and interacting with GT’s client portfolio;
  • Formulation of solutions to client issues;
  • Research into specific areas of law;
  • Drafting and preparing written client deliverables;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for projects;
  • Contributing to articles and content on corporate and commercial law and related areas.
